Here we will go over how points system working

Order App Settings in BIS - Points Configuration:

• Default Point % : The default percentage of points applied to purchases, unless a specific percentage is set by the customer.

• Minimum Points Redeemable : Points can only be redeemed once the accumulated points exceed this minimum threshold.

Setting Custom Order App Point % by Customer:

• It is possible to assign different Order App Point % for individual customers.

• This can be done through the Order App Point % option in the Customer Profile section within BIS.

Setting Items Eligible for Points :

• Items that qualify for earning points can be specified by enabling the Apply Points option.

• This is done by checking the tick box in the Item Profile section within BIS.

For multiple items, bulk entry is available in the E-Commerce Entry section.

Points can be viewed and tracked within the user's profile in the app.

Check-out Page - Points Redemption:

• Users can redeem points during checkout if their accumulated points meet or exceed the minimum requirement.

When points are redeemed for an order, no additional points will be earned for that order, as double point usage is not allowed
